These are the days of the Ramadan for Muslims. Meanwhile, for all the rest of people, this is the perfect time to discover Ramadan pastries, and their recipes. Who else than Fatemal Hal, could best, represent and present all sorts of oriental sweets? Anthropologist by training, she has already written more than ten  books and runs a great Moroccan restaurant, Mansouria, in the heart of Paris. Owner of her restaurant, author of cookbooks, she also is a mother of three children and grandmother. In addition, she received the French Legion of Honor, a prestigious recognition of his work by France.
